Hot/cold gel material

Description: Gel material used as a cold compress or a hot compress. Size: 10x15 cm. Usage: The cold compress is used to reduce pain, limit swelling, and treat minor sports injuries and accident injuries. It is the preferred first aid option to reduce minor bleeding, bruises, and allergies such as insect bites. The cold compress is always preferred for treatment in cases of new injuries. The hot compress is used to reduce pain, increase muscle movement, stimulate blood circulation, and reduce muscle spasms, pain, and stiffness. It can also be used to relieve headaches, toothaches, knee, leg, back, neck pain, and menstrual pain. The hot compress should not be used in the case of new injuries or in the presence of bleeding.
